You can place an order directly in the shop or place a deposit for a custom order.

+ How Many Days In Advance Should I Place An Order?

At least one week prior for all orders.

+ Can I Place a Rush Order?

Yes, you can. A rush order fee will be applied to any order needed within 2 days or less. The rush order fee is $20.

+ Can I Pick Up My Order?

A delivery fee invoice will be emailed 1-2 business days after your online purchase. Failure to pay invoice will result in treats not being delivered.

Broward County Delivery Fee - $15

Miami Dade County & Palm Beach County - $20

East Treats does not deliver or ship outside of the above counties.

+ Can I Mix Cupcake Flavors?

For an additional $10, you can add an additional flavor to orders of 2 dozen cupcakes or more.

+ What’s your refund policy?

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Within 24 hours of placing your order = 100% refund
• More than 24 hours after placing your order = 50% refund
• On the order due or delivery date = Non-refundable
• All rush orders are non-refundable
